Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract that serves as the
department-wide platform for acquiring IT services with a five-year
base period of performance and one (1) two-year option period. The
vehicle is estimated to have a maximum contract value of $22 billion
over the seven-year period of performance.

1t Technologies, RLLP is an EAGLE II award holder for Functional
Category 1 - Service Delivery (Unrestricted Track). 1t-Tech is a
JV between Qbase, LLC; Geocent, LLC; The Newberry Group, Inc. McLane
Advanced Technologies, LLC, and Innovation Innovators Inc.
(Triple-I). 1t-Tech was built specifically for the DHS EAGLE II
Unrestricted, Functional Category 1 contract. By joining forces,
1t-Tech provides a leadership and management team with thorough DHS
institutional knowledge and a true understanding, gained through
years of direct experience, of DHS’ mission. 1t-Tech is a provider
of a full range of professional IT services, including software
development, software O&M, LAN/WAN, system administration, desktop
support, field modernization, and deployment solutions to meet DHS’
mission-critical requirements. The following are services provided
by 1t-Tech and are included in Functional Category 1 – Service
Delivery:
• System design, development, implementation, and integration
• Software design and development
• Operations and maintenance

1T DHS Experience
- DHS ICE ITFO: As the managing partner of the QMIS Joint Venture (JV), Qbase provides the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Information Technology Field Operations (ITFO) Branch with IT services and support for evolving needs in both the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The ITFO Branch provides worldwide enterprise-level IT O&M services for more than 900 offices and more than 26,000 users, which includes the mobile workforce. Currently, services are provided to ICE programs and administrative offices. Program management and ITFO O&M IT support services are provided by Qbase to meet the agency’s mission needs. Work is performed at headquarters and field offices located throughout the world, as specified in each Task Order (TO).
