Quality Assurance Program
1t Technologies employs an established
Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) approach that is built
into every project from its inception, ensuring our team meets or
exceeds requirements and surpasses DHS’ expectations. 1t Technologies QA/QC
management is enabled through compliance ISO 9001:2008 continuous process
improvement and our CMMI/Dev ML 5 program, meaning that the process we use
to develop products and services has been externally appraised as "Optimizing."
Inherent in this organizational distinction is the notion that the overarching,
guiding process we use to select, develop, track, monitor, and manage each
individual development project is
defined, quantitatively managed, and continuously optimized.
The 1t Technologies team achieves results far superior
to generally acknowledged industry averages for schedule, cost, and quality

Each TOs QA/QC plan will be tailored to the size, scope,
complexity, and duration of the project. The first step in assuring QA/QC at the
TO level is to assess the TO to determine what quality assurance and quality
control processes (peer reviews, inspections, and testing) should be applied.
Each TO will be assessed using the information provided by DHS, including the:

Importance –
Significance to the DHS mission,
•
Complexity –
Difficulties and intricacies of the project, and
•
Risk –
What is the risk to the mission and any impacts to the TO.
From this assessment, 1t Technologies determines and tailors the
quality assurance/quality control to the task order.
